l ordered 4 cutting on 6/24/20. And received 6 very healthy and beautiful cuttings, plus seeds by 6/29/20. It came all the way from Hawaii to North Texas in just 5 days. That impressed me first. The second thing that impressed me was all the extras. Then the 3rd was the hand written thank you note from Doug (Im a sucker for hand written notes). In just 2 and a half months all the cutting but one have THRIVED. One even has an inflow starting to appear!!!

Daug is the best!!! I called him to check if they still have Carter 2 available in stock. After I mention my name and where I live, he ask me right away if the one he sent me did not survive. Right away he offered me to replace it without asking for proof of pictures to send him. This is Customer Service. No wonder he has a lot of repeat customers. Also, he always send extra mystery cuttings n seeds for every order. He is the only one doing it!!! Big Thank You Daug

I live in Texas and ordered my cuttings this summer. They arrived quickly and in tact, plus there were a few extra surprises. One of my plants bloomed almost instantly. Not only are they gorgeous, but the company has helped me multiple times with care instructions and answering my many questions. I highly recommend them. Beautiful plants and extremely good customer service!!

The cuttings were the fattest and most healthy specimens that I have ever seen before. Thus far, they are thriving, showing signs of new growth, leaf formation as well as attempting to bud. Unfortunate mistakes took the seedlings but hard lessons learned. I am making another order although it is during dormant season because I know they will arrive in the best condition, allowing for the optimum positive results.

My cuttings arrived today in their usual superior quality. Doug and the rest of the crew at MPG are awesome. I didn't receive any Mystery cuttings in my order, instead, I got duplicates of items ordered. OH, I am NOT complaining, I am simply saying MAHALO, now I have 2. While on MPG's web page checking on my most recent order when the door bell rings and it's FedEx with my delivery. There is not enough air in my lungs to say MAHALO cause I'm squealing like a kid. MAGNUM OPUS was my birthday gift and it arrived. Again I received a double; 2 Magnum Opus. My other cuttings are thriving despite dormant season so it must be all the love and good energy from Maui.
