Shipments and returns
Our customers have extremely high success rates when it comes to rooting plumeria. Although we cannot guaranty rooting success, we will guaranty our cuttings will be fresh and ready to root. We will replace damaged cuttings within two weeks of shipment. We will often replace cuttings that were not rooted successfully but we ask that we are able ship them with another cutting order of any size. We also ask that you let us know of any problems within 6 months of your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 6 months of purchase to Maui Plumeria Gardens, 480 N. Holokai Pl Haiku HI 96708 for your complete money back. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
